Had an inspection from Svein from Rentox and found the entire process to be very orderly and professional. Svein appeared to be professionally strong, trustworthy and thorough. He took the time to explain findings, perform moisture measurements and sampling, and answered questions in detail without exaggerating or creating unnecessary concern. Felt honest and down-to-earth, with a clear focus on correct and proportionate measures rather than “selling” as much work as possible. Gave clear, practical recommendations for the way forward and contributed to a good overview, security and control in the decision-making process. Can definitely be recommended.
This is a bunch of cowboys. My apartment became uninhabitable after rentox had been and completely demolished the entire apartment. Rentox was initially supposed to tear up the floor and seal the entrances for rats, quantities of rat holes, dead rats and shells were found under the floor. The problem is that rentox first tore up absolutely everything but the floor. The last thing rentox did anything about was the floor. A water leak was also discovered in the foundation. Rentox "fixed" the leak by draining the inside of the apartment. Rentox started the work in July 2021 and only finished in April 2022. Then they delivered an unfinished apartment full of errors and defects. There is even more madness in this story from rentox and from Bergen mur og puss, who poured the floor. (The floor was crooked, 8 cm difference). When everything was told to Rentox, they refused to take a complaint. I finally had to go to court to get the housing association board to act. It was the housing association board that hired this cowboy gang.. only in February 2025 was the apartment ready to be sold. I have gotten away from the housing association from hell and a contractor company that has been anything but easy to deal with. Drainage inside the apartment meant that the entire apartment was full of mold and a bunch of other harmful types of fungi. According to Mycoteam's report, you should not enter the apartment without a mask and protective equipment.... This is thanks to Rentox's inept way of working. I could go on and on here, the rest will probably come in book form.
