The work was okay, there wasn't much to be done but everything was so messed up with the connection. I was told by the electrician who was supposed to do the work that he had to come on a different day than I had asked for. Okay enough, but suddenly another electrician was at the door the same day who had been told to do the work. Without arranging this with me. When the work was done I never got a bill. It was exactly 6 months before I got the bill, not very predictable or professional. The bill was also hair-raising in itself. They were supposed to have 450kr for a driving surcharge in zone 1, 0-20 km radius. The reason for choosing local is precisely to avoid high driving surcharges. I was also billed for a full hour of electrician when he was only there for 15 minutes. If I had known that in advance I would have had him do more jobs at my place before he left. I also didn't get a price estimate in advance when I ordered an electrician and I didn't get the opportunity to accept a price before the electrician suddenly showed up at the door. After the bill was paid, I also received a reminder that payment had not been received. When I wrote back that I had paid when due and provided documentation of this, I was only told that they confirmed payment received - I would not call a reminder confirmation of payment received... after reading the reminder more closely, I see that it says the following "if you have already paid, you can ignore this reminder", what kind of way is that?! Reminding everyone that payment has not been received just to protect themselves. I will not use these again..
