I have several businesses, and it is far from me to submit a bad review - as I know that mistakes can happen and that it is incredibly annoying to receive such a review. But sometimes I find it important and right to inform others. This is one of those cases. We used Kvassheim Elektro who did a good job with good service on their work and carried out a lot of electrical work in a new premises, we were satisfied with the installer. It is suspected that the invoice was somewhat high in relation to the amount of tasks, but I do not have a good enough knowledge base to be assertive about this. After this, we asked for help from Kvassheim Elektro to install a custom-made illuminated sign. The illuminated sign was installed, turned on the power and destroyed. This is because the installer had not used a driver/transformer. The driver was supplied by the supplier of the sign and placed in the premises where the sign was to be installed. The installer then destroyed the sign without checking the voltage or requesting the driver. For the record: The installer had not received any information about voltage or driver from us or the sign supplier, but asked to come and install the sign, which requires an electrician to install. Here I fully understand that mistakes can happen, and that they moved a little too quickly to turn on the power without the installer checking things out first. The problem and what I find to be extremely unprofessional is that Kvassheim Elektro takes zero responsibility, and will not replace the custom-made illuminated sign. This is a sum that is a very few percentages of the turnover we have left with them (without it having any significance). That is how I see it, of course, the electrician's area of ​​expertise and responsibility to know what to put power on, where a driver is required, etc. It is up to you, the reader, to judge. They have also been very slow to respond after the accident happened and there was talk of cleaning up after themselves. I think this company knows their stuff, but doesn't seem interested in taking responsibility if they make mistakes. I would not recommend this company.
