Ordered a full house cleaning for moving. Regret that we were unable to take advantage of the 48-hour complaint deadline due to time constraints (which is why we needed cleaning services). I'm a little surprised because most of the people who have posted reviews have been very satisfied. What we got was more like a cat wash than anything else. I had to clean pretty much the entire apartment again. In several places it was clearly not cleaned because there were lots of stains and dust that could be easily removed with a rag (e.g. coffee stains). Lots of limescale around the shower in the bathroom, dirty hinges in the cabinets, moldings had not been washed, lamps dusty, dust on the floor, stains on the outside of the kitchen cabinets and baseboard, grease around the kitchen fan, plus much more. Inside most cabinets, refrigerators, microwaves and freezers they have been good. But they must have forgotten the inside of the oven door. They get a plus because they were nice and they have good handling of orders and bookings. This was probably just a mistake and I'm sure they would have fixed it if we had reported it within the complaint deadline. But it's a lot of money to pay for something that you had to redo afterwards.
It's so incredibly nice to come home to a freshly cleaned house, thank you so much for the job you do! I really appreciate the clean feeling, the good smell and the "little extras" that give the feeling of luxury (for example towels folded like animals) 😊
We hired CityMaid to clean our apartment for more than two years. Very reliable and effective. They work in pairs and visited every other week. Usually we were very pleased with their job and the employees' friendly attitude. The regular cleaning did not include cleaning of the windows nor the oven, but every six months or so we paid extra for the services and this worked out really well. However, even though we always knew which days they would visit us, we never knew at what time of day they would arrive. Would have preferred a reminder by SMS the day before with a time estimate. That being said, you can call their office and ask for an estimate... I have no problem recommending CityMaid to help you out in a hectic situation.
