Everything went well...good service
Absolutely fantastic service from Bergen Varmepumpeservice. I received a message from them the day before the service was due. This helped me a lot as I had completely forgotten about it. I then made a new appointment with their service man (Robert). He was very helpful in finding a new time for service. He carried out the service and explained a lot about the heat pump and the different programs and how they work. Very happy with the service.
Fantastic service and skilled fitters who put the customer first. A few years ago we experienced that a part of the outdoor unit blew, we lived in an uninsulated house and it quickly got cold without the pump. Then the fitter took the part from his own heat pump and drove up to us and installed it, so there was no waiting time for us - rather him. Really people who put the customer in focus, care and are professional. We now have two pumps in the house, the fitter recommended the location and we are super happy! We recently had service on both, the fitter was precise, fast and keen to share good information about the pumps and energy saving, and had lots of good tips and tricks. Highly recommended☺️ only positive experiences with this company.!
The heat pump installation was poorly done and unprofessional. The plaster wall was damaged (I had to pay for the repairs myself), and the gas pipes were uninsulated. The installer came and redid the work. The hole in the wall looked like it had been chiselled. Does a hole in the wall look like it was made with a kjernebor? The installer said he broke the drill bit, for which I had to pay the full price of 2,500 NOK!!! They didn't give me the drill bit back. Question: If the installer had crashed his car on the way to my place, would I have had to pay for the car repairs? I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the work. I would definitely not recommend this company!
Very satisfied with Bergen heat pump service. They are good and service-minded people. Also very good that I am notified when my heat pump needs service.
