Neat and good process. Quick installation. Bought the recommended heat pump when replacing a twelve year old pump. The difference is huge. The new pump delivers more even and more heat! Recommended
Bergen Inneklima boasts that they always make sure you are 100% satisfied. In my experience, this is only true until you have ordered the product. After that, they do not keep appointments, do not keep the customer updated, and do not answer the phone. The website says that they are open. When you call, you get a message that all operators are busy, and that you just have to wait for an answer. It does not say how many operators are operating the phones, and/or how many are in line before you. Later, it turns out that no one is operating the phone that day. Very poor customer service.
The company is easy to liaise with and dependable. However, they are not upfront on the costs. We agreed on the contract for 25k+, but the total cost was a little less than 27k due to additional piping, as they said. It would have been great if this was discussed at the outset. Overall, it is dependable and delivers quite fast.
