We are incredibly satisfied with the way we were greeted in KVIK's store in Kanalvegen when we were choosing a cabin kitchen. We received very good help, and experienced professionalism, excellent service and seriousness. Our contact person Alexander Ulvesæter at KVIK had time, gave us good advice, came up with ideas according to our needs, and he had knowledge and followed up with us both by email and phone. Alexander at KVIK was quick to fix everything we asked for, and we received good drawings, clear price estimates and great photos that gave us an impression of the final result. Delivery was completely on schedule and with text messages from the driver. The assembly was done very nicely - we are impressed. We are very satisfied and really recommend KVIK kitchens to others.
The salesman acted like he hated his job. Very unhelpful in general and was insulted by every single question that was asked when he "designed" the gender.
Bought and had a new kitchen designed by Helle Solberg in Kvik Kanalveien. The sales experience and follow-up with Helle afterwards was an enjoyable experience. She guided me to good choices and designed a good kitchen that suited the kitchen area in my apartment and my budget. She has always provided good information and close follow-up. I went for the Bordo Blue kitchen, a series with a warm blue color that I combined with brass-colored handles for a stylish and somewhat unique expression. The kitchen cabinets appear solid with good "soft close" functionality. For the countertops, I ended up with composite in white with gray details. Looks almost like natural stone. Very happy with that choice over laminate and recommend composite if you have the budget for it. Kvik's installers and suppliers have done a good job with delivery and installation. They have always been service-minded and pleasant. Nothing to fault about the work they have done either. They have also provided good input and information along the way. In summary, I can highly recommend Kvik Kanalveien and Helle Solberg for your new kitchen project.
