Fantastic customer service and high quality kitchens at Kvik Åsane We are very happy with our experience at Kvik Åsane, and especially the fantastic customer service we received. Alexandra Heckmann helped us through the entire process – from a home visit where she took measurements of our kitchen, to discussing different solutions that suited our needs. It was clear that she has very good expertise in kitchens, and both design and functionality were in focus throughout. Later that day we received a 3D drawing of the kitchen, which made it easy to visualize what it would look like. Alexandra was always available for questions, both weekdays and weekends, and she was incredibly easy to work with. When we met other employees in the store, they were also very helpful and made the experience even better. Kvik had a wide selection of products, which made it easier for us to find exactly the kitchen we wanted. Price-wise, Kvik was somewhat more expensive than IKEA, but definitely less expensive than competitors such as Sigdal and HTH. In addition, they had a good promotion that we took advantage of. The kitchen fronts and countertops look great and feel high quality. We chose to assemble the kitchen ourselves to save on assembly costs. This was our first time installing a kitchen, and we found it a bit challenging, but doable. The delivery came flat-packed and unsorted, which required some sorting. The assembly manuals could have been a bit more user-friendly. During the assembly of the kitchen, a number of tools were needed and it is a good idea to be a little handy to get everything in place. Fortunately, we received good help from Alexandra through guidance, a construction meeting and clear, color-coded drawings. Although the assembly was a bit challenging, it gave us a great sense of accomplishment and was an educational process. All in all, we are super satisfied with both the customer service and the kitchen we have received, and we would without a doubt recommend Kvik Åsane to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
Came from Voss. Waited over an hour before we could speak to someone. Then was told that it was not possible to order anything without an appointment. Couldn't even buy knobs to try on cabinets. At least put up signs that customers will not be able to shop without an appointment. Or inform those waiting that they will not be able to buy anything without an appointment.
From the first meeting at Kvik I knew that this is where I would shop. Incredibly skilled employees who take you through everything from A to Z. We ordered a new kitchen and will be installing it ourselves. Got the most comprehensive explanation of kitchen installation I have ever seen! Highly recommended.

Im so impressed with everything Kvik have done for us. Bought new kitchen, walk in closet and some bathroom furniture. Very experienced personal, I walked in there thinking, I know everything and you cant tell me what I want. But she could! Alexandra Foss whom I will name as I think she deserves a mention, even took emails, texts and called us after hours and weekends! I would give more than 5 stars if possible.
