Svane Kjøkkenet Bergen

We are SO happy with our new Swan kitchen and bathroom, which has now been fully installed this spring. It turned out even more elegant than in the drawings. I am very happy that we chose Svane kitchen in Bergen. This is because the process from when I received it in the store until today went seamlessly. I would like to point out that the follow-up along the way was incredibly good. All deliveries came on time and were well planned. Small errors were corrected quickly. They were super good at finding the best details and material choices for the design. I would definitely recommend Svane kitchen Bergen highly. Here you are taken care of in a good way as a customer. I have just had a new kitchen installed from Svane and I must say that I am very pleased! From the moment I started planning, to the last detail being put in place, the whole process has been great. The quality of the materials is very good, and I really appreciate the smart storage solutions that ensure that everything has its place. The service from Svane was also excellent. They were helpful and listened to my needs throughout the process. I can definitely recommend Svane kitchens to anyone considering upgrading their own.

With experience from HTH, IKEA, KVIK and Sigdal, unfortunately the quality of this from Svane is far down the list. If you are sitting in an old IKEA kitchen, I think the fronts at Svane fit directly on your old drawers, but whether it is right to switch to Svane I am not sure. It is possible that they have got higher base cabinets now, but 2 years ago the plinth was at least about 20 cm high. There is a lot of dead space that you cannot utilize. In addition, it seems as if the paint can withstand an awful lot before it peels off. We have a 2-year-old kitchen, and will probably change the fronts within a couple of years. In the worst case, we will have to change the drawers and carcasses on the base cabinets too. In that case, there will be no new purchases from Svane Køkkenet. Update after 6 years. The kitchen has been tinkered with and polished 10-15 times. The surfaces look as if they are 20 years old. Still very low quality. Hopefully the newer kitchens they sell are of higher quality.

The kitchen is of very very poor quality. After less than a year, it showed visible damage from normal use. The fronts are not hardened enough so that they get scratches and dents too easily or wear out so that moisture is drawn in. In the condominium we live in, all the neighbors are very dissatisfied and several have complained. Svane disclaims all responsibility and claims that it is normal wear and tear. They also say that their kitchen cannot withstand dishwashers that open themselves after the wash is finished, so be aware of this (other kitchen brands can withstand this). We have to buy new fronts from another supplier. Go somewhere else, you will hardly find worse quality than Svane.
