In a growing market now in January 2026 (and considering that we bought a new home in December 2025), we were very dependent on the home coming onto the market as quickly as possible. We worked very hard ourselves to get our home ready, and it was an incredibly good support to have Hamza who worked just as hard (if not more) to make this possible from his side. He pushed hard in all directions which meant that we received a condition report the day after the appraiser had visited us. Styling and photography were carried out on a Thursday and the ad was online on Friday. With both Hamza's own network and the marketing, we ended up with over 30 interested parties wanting to see the home! My husband was offshore for much of this and Hamza was a fantastic supporter throughout the entire process leading up to the sale, both with conversations and strategies during the day, and late phone calls. Preparing and selling a home is a physically and mentally very demanding process, so it was incredibly good to have a broker who clearly cared about us as sellers, was always available for a little discussion, supported and encouraged us when things were at their worst and, not least, was honest and realistic! We had full confidence in the broker throughout the entire process, which in turn gave us a dream sale!! I would also like to give a big thank you to Mia, who was always smiling, gentle and available. She was also a good supporter throughout much of the process. I got the impression that she had complete control over what was to be done, and was always quick to respond to me with good advice when I needed it.
