I have had a very bad experience with Rentokil and cannot recommend them in any way. Their communication is the most reprehensible thing – both towards me as a customer and internally within the company. People say different things and do not follow up on what they say, which creates chaos and delays. The project manager also came across as condescending at times. They grossly overcharged me, and it took far too many emails and complaints before they finally corrected it. Getting a response to emails has generally been very challenging, and the whole matter dragged on for almost half a year before it was completed. Rentokil appears to be a disorganized and unserviceable company. I really recommend finding another company.
