Problem with main water pipe. Poorly handled by settlement processor Helene. At first they want me to do the most of the work myself. Waiting long time for response and when eventually comes, is not productive. She put a taxman on the case which is absolutely out of reach. For last several days I asked for supervisor but of cause: nothing. Please note that I have the top insurance from Frende but the case is about three months old now and absolutely nothing happened with the pipe so far. Very primitive supervision and definitely one of the worst in test company. To your response: I did contacted you directly, and I did complain to you through your complain form with Skadenr. 2903450,1. "Frende Forsikring" just don't care

In the last couple of weeks i have tried to contact them. They don't answer telephone/email/chat calls lately. I received a commercial email from them when they finally broke silence after a week and the 6 trail some body decide to do something and to think i am a client looking to buy another insurance. The reason to stay with them and put up with them is the low price tag they have compared. Hey look at the comment they gave back they are basically called me a layer saying they answer calls.. instead of saying we are sorry you experienced..bla bla bla or we had some technical problems bla bla....but not they get back at you for the one star review. this is how much service oriented they are [not] what took me by surprise was that the 10 reviews under mine all gave one ⭐ so glad to see i was correct and ill start moving my insurance policies else where....keep up the good work losers.

Worst company. Normal companies inform by email or sms message, letter, etc. before the insurance expires. Such companies should not exist at all

They have added 2 insurances too my account without asking for permission, and started sending invoices.

Yet another scam.i have been told i need to wait 2 months to solve my wifes little car crash...not her foult by the way.its been two weeks and no one come around to check demages....poooooooor service
