Absolutely great service. I had Fredrik Øimoen as my broker, and I am very satisfied.

Incredibly good brokerage experience – professional, efficient and beyond expectations. Got a fantastic price and real value for money. Camilla Dreyer Sindre an absolutely fantastic broker! Sold the home for far above asking price.

Camilla Sindre Dreyer at Himla eiendom has sold 2 homes for me and my family in recent years. Both apartments were sold more or less at record prices and her efforts regarding the sales task and the sales process were excellent. Also important to us is that she is likeable and has a pleasant personality. Last but not least, absolutely no surprises on sales costs from Himla eiendomsmegling! A friend also used Himla and everything went great there too. Of course, as a seller you should have realistic expectations and make sure that the home makes a good impression on potential buyers who have little time for viewings to make important decisions.

This applies to Himla brokerage services. I agree with the person who wrote about them that if he could give them 0 stars, he would. Many good promises, but incredibly poor follow-up. Nothing went according to plan. I had to keep reminding them to get the appraiser, photographer, and the ad in the media. Everything went very slowly. There were several mistakes in the ad because it was rushed work. The mistakes were not corrected. He didn't answer the phone when friends of mine called him. No wonder no one signed up for the viewing. It was a horrible experience that ended with me withdrawing from the entire home sale. I got a little discount, but ended up having to pay most of it. But considering the incredibly poor job he did, it was clearly too much. My recommendation is to steer clear of Himla brokerage services. I paid a lot of money and got nothing for what I paid for.
