Excellent agency in Bergen. Agent Eirik is the best! We rented an apartment really quickly. On Tuesday, Eirik showed us the apartment; by Thursday, we had signed the contract, and we moved in on Friday. We received full assistance and support from Utleiemegleren, including sorting out the deposit, the first month's payment, and the electricity contract.

We rented an apartment through this company but the experience we had was disappointing. We went to the apartment viewing and we were presented a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave and a new refrigerator. The Finn ad said Integrerte hvitevarer kombiskap, oppvaskmaskin, komfyr, mikrobølgeovn. The landlord confirmed that the whole kitchen would be part of the rent. We got the permission to replace the existing dishwasher with our own and this was clearly communicated via e-mail with the broker. To our surprise all the white goods, incl. refrigerator, microwave and stove, were gone at the key transfer and the landlord said that it was the broker who informed them to remove all of them. The broker told us to buy used machines on Finn and that we did not have any claim for these machines because the contract did not explicitly mention that white goods were part of the rent.
