In particular, what I perceive as a company that does not inspire much trust. It has little credibility with our family and apparently acts with an outward appearance that does not correspond to professional competence. Not recommended. Thanks for the answer. In my boat purchase, several errors and shortcomings eventually arose that led to a difficult dispute with the selling party. In the conciliation council, two parties stood their ground and the case went to the District Court. Together with (boat) lawyer Nils A Tangedal, I felt at all times that I had a very capable, experienced and competent partner who gave me the security that was absolutely necessary. The case was resolved through legal mediation and it seems that all parties were apparently relatively satisfied with the outcome. Many thanks for the very professional assistance and I can rightly recommend Tangedal and Judicium highly.

I searched for a boat lawyer on the Internet, and unfortunately I ended up with this boat lawyer who initially appeared to me as a savior for boaters. Unfortunately, I can in no way give the boat lawyer a good review now, quite the opposite after losing a case where he chose to only use or present 1 piece of over 20 pieces of obvious and solid evidence. After the case/loss, more dirt came to light in the lawyer's disfavor. I will not go into so many details, but I will announce some keywords. Such as; arrogance, incompetence and/or incompetence are keywords that immediately come to my mind. It is possible that this boat lawyer can help with other cases, but when it comes to boat cases, I would definitely choose someone else, based on what I know today.
