This is a very good moving company. I had to move 34m2, this was done without any problems and at a very affordable price. The employees are just super nice, it was a dream to use BTF as a moving company.
We ordered BT&F to move some furniture from a warehouse. One of the movers was not able to do the job. He could not drive, lift more than 20 kg and was afraid of heights. Characteristics that do not suit a mover. BT&F does not have a crew that is suitable for the job and can do it efficiently. The colleague apologized for the mistakes that occurred. Unfortunately, one of our furniture was damaged in this process. This also caused a dent in the floor. We could not have paid them and we should have waited for the invoice. After that, it has been impossible to get a response/apology from them. The boss, Bjørn-Halvor, never answered our emails. We spoke to him several times and he promised to do something. All our calls were in vain. Do not recommend using them in any way.
They are the worst movers I have ever encountered. They changed the price while they were delivering packages. In the middle of the job. They didn't speak Norwegian, bad English, rude and impolite. They disappeared after they were too late to change clothes. 7500kr for an hour of work. They forgot half. They apologized but should have for what they had forgotten the day before. I would not recommend anyone to use this agency. I have worked with moving for 7 years and have never experienced such incompetence.
