What the company announces online is not close to the reality of the service they provide. I had a poor experience a few weeks ago. When I contracted the service I provided to the company a full and detailed list of items to be moved, including dimensions. I think they did not read the list before committing to the service. That is because when they arrived to my place for the movement, the guy who seemed to be the leader of the team told me with bad manners that there was a piece of furniture that they would no move. I had to start phoning to the manager for them to accept the movement. That complaining attitude was the rule during the work. I cannot recommend them for moving services. In fact, when I have to move again I will try any other company.

I used the company to move a relatively small number of items from one self-storage facility to another - all of it fit within 6 square meters. The movers were efficient and professional and I would recommend them, BUT, it is the company policy that makes me give one star. I requested the price beforehand stating approximately what volume I need to transport. I got a price offer per hour which was acceptable. What they FORGOT (irony on, I highly doubt it was for lack of memory) to disclose was that there was a minimum of 2 hours of service. So, despite the fact that the whole process took 1h and max 5 minutes on top (including payment), I was charged for full 2 hours. Just solely unprofessional, avoid it. UPDATE And they even have the nerve to tell you how nice they are because they did not charge you for 2,5 hours. Unbelievable. At the same time, they are avoiding an answer why this is not stated in the e-mail upon price request. I recommend you all to do the same: AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
