We received a quick response to our inquiry. Thank you for the visit/inspection Pål... from Fana Glass. Unfortunately, it was not possible to install glass railings on our terrace. There were not enough good mounting options. We thank you for your honest answers. This company does not just sell for the sake of selling. Many years ago they installed glass railings at our place.. Not the best quality, because water seeps in between the glass.. But enough about that: We sent them an email via their website several weeks ago that we want to replace some of the glass panels. Of course we pay for it, as the warranty/complaint is long over.. But they don't bother to answer even once, and we are almost the next door neighbor. It's disappointing.. That's why we get very bad reviews from them.

It's ridiculous when Fana Glass's cars take the shortcut through Ravnanger Bus Terminal, against two no-entry signs that cost 5850,- in fines. Happened 10.11.21 - at 11:43 today to buy lunch. Saved 10 seconds - with full company logo.
Very happy with the service, price and result after installing a glass railing on an older balcony. They came to measure it, and made suggestions for reinforcements and fittings to get a nice surface that I could do myself, and two weeks after ordering, the railing was installed by a nice fitter. Recommended!
