I have used this place before and had good experiences, unfortunately this time it was horrible. I had problems with unusual sounds coming from my CPU cooling system(liquid cooling), I suspected it was about to break down, so I deliver it for service to have it replaced My problems with the service is 3 fold. 1. The person I talk to speaks poor Norwegian, making communicating the problem very difficult at best, I end up asking him to just replace the cooling system. This alone is not good, in a job like this communication is important. I'm told the job should take 2 days 2. After 2 days and not hearing anything, I call them. I talk to a nice guy, I think at the head office not the shop itself, who tells me computer repairs can tak up to 4 days. I thought that was a bit long for the job, but accept it. 3. After 4 days and no word I decide to go back to the shop and see if the computer is ready. When I get there the same guy as when I delivered it is there working on something else, I'm hopeful that means my computer is ready. But no, in 4 days literally nothing has been done, not even a diagnosis of the problem, and the guy points to the graphics card when I have already to, him that has been ruled out as the cause. I decide to take the computer home and thinking of looking elsewhere for repairs. But after only a couple hours the computer shuts down, it's overheating because the cooling system is broken as I suspected from the start, nd am not able to replace it myself

Where is this store? It’s not on the directory. Would be nice if it were easy to find.

I like it. The Servis is fantastic, tho it would be nice to get explained if some problems will happen for example when I first replaced the screen the could tell if there are problems with other parts😸

I have visited at least 5 times and I am always impressed by the service, quality, and they are very reasonable.
