I think I haven't paid an invoice that I've already paid. I sent an email with proof that it was paid, but they refuse and say I have to talk to the bank. It happens up to several times a year that they mess up the autogiro. I don't have problems with payments or autofira with anyone else in my bank other than Toyota Finance.
Very dissatisfied. Been billed fees for a long time for an invoice they said was never paid, which turned out to be just nonsense. Too bad that Toyota Finans brings such poor customer service and experience in general compared to Toyota Norge...
Tragic service, was bullied over the phone by a customer service representative, absolutely sick people!!!! Looks like they have 0 clue about what they are doing and 0 interest in helping their customers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!!
