I have used Drammen RB now on 3 different projects (new bathroom, new kitchen and new water heater), I would definitely recommend this team. They have delivered as expected in terms of quality in their work, and have been punctual and have had good dialogue throughout. I will definitely use them again if I have more plumbing work to do.
We had a leak before Christmas and chose to use these. Here they stepped up and fixed our bathroom really well so we had the bathroom operational before Christmas. I experienced an incredibly good service. Highly recommended. Brilliant people.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. Several verbal agreements were not kept, e.g. when they said I would get their discounts at the wholesaler, and when I was promised that I would only be billed for one plumber on the last day. Was overbilled several times, I had to correct the first invoice twice myself. The work that was done is professional and looks good. Skilled craftsmen.
