very bad experience shopping at bygger'n Drm, the employees are so rude, don't know anything about service. returned goods 5 months ago still haven't received the amount back. feel robbed by bygger'n, really hope they do really badly for them do not recommend shopping at bygger'n Drammen
Incredibly bad service! Ordered windows that were supposed to be delivered within 4 weeks. Without being notified, delivery was postponed for 2 months. When the windows finally arrived, they were not top-hung as ordered, but fixed frames. Also met with some rude comments from some of the employees at the warehouse, one of whom said, among other things, that you didn't need windows that opened in the bedroom. Of the 7 who are at work, 1 is working and the rest have coffee breaks. Never again Bygger'n Drammen 🙈
Always big smiles, a "Hello, welcome" on the way in the door no matter how busy it is, and good tips and tricks to take with you on your way. The service seems to give of itself, and no question is too stupid. A shopping experience here gives me a taste for more and a desire to come back every time I need something building-related!
