Personally, I think the style is a bit tacky. Too much gray and beige for my taste. A bit home&cottage.
Bought a really cool picture of Villa boligstyling/Boligstylisten for 4500 kr. Unfortunately the picture broke when it was to be carried into the house. (Tempered glass that just cracked/"exploded") Notified the seller and told me that the only thing I had done was put the picture in the snow while I parked the car. The seller then said that tempered glass cannot withstand being put in the snow. According to a Google search, tempered glass should withstand temperature fluctuations, so the seller sent a clipping about tempered glass, which read the following: "Tempered glass does not shatter, it granulates into small pieces of glass. A question we often get is whether tempered glass can "explode" without external influence. The answer is that it does not. In a very few cases this can happen, but all experience shows that the glass has been exposed to damage during use." Also told the seller that according to another Finn ad, she previously had the same picture out for 500 kr cheaper and that the picture can be bought brand new, including packaging for 3200 kr. Ergo, I think the only right thing would be to return the "overprice" on a picture. (It should not be more expensive to buy a used picture that the seller admitted was used on several occasions for home styling, than it costs new. Moreover, it is obvious that the picture must have had damage underneath, since it could not stand being put in the snow for two minutes. Villa Boligstyling/Boligstylisten would not return a single penny of the selling price and just stopped responding to neat text messages. Really unprofessional and I advise everyone to steer clear of second-hand sales from this company!!!
