Used Drammen Renholdspartner AS for moving cleaning of a large house. They showed up for an inspection, as agreed and gave a fixed price and had the resources to get the job done. Nice and skilled service staff. Recommended.

Steer clear of this company! The ladies who came were relatively nice, but did not do a proper job according to what we ordered, they also arrived several hours late. They were supposed to be here for a total of 4 hours, but left after just over 2 hours. We were supposed to have a deep wash. but they only washed the floor and table surfaces, as well as the toilet. Since we were going to have a viewing, we ourselves had to wash several places in the apartment after they were here. I sent an email to the management where I questioned the work that was done, that we felt that this was not quite what we could expect at this price and what we initially wanted. I never received a response to this email, and 2 months later I suddenly have a debt collection claim. When I call the customer service representative I am told that it was my fault for not following up on the invoice, even though they had managed to send the invoice to the wrong email address. He also claimed that 4000kr was nothing to complain about, I had to be able to pay that. When I commented on the way he handled the conversation, he had an outburst and he became extremely angry and said I was difficult and just wanted the job for free. Never experienced being spoken to like that by a customer service representative before. It ended up that they credited some of the amount and removed the debt collection claim. I really can't recommend this company, neither after the work that has been done nor the way you are treated by the customer service representative. Edit: The customer service representative called me back after I posted the review and asked me why they had received 1 star and what my problem was. They had corrected the debt collection claim and did not deserve 1 star. This was bad publicity for them. He then asked which company I work for and that I probably worked for another cleaning company that was trying to give them a bad reputation. Felt very angry and irritated, so I ended up hanging up. I don't work for another cleaning company at all and find it strange and scary that he would call me to accuse me of this. Again, steer clear of this company.
