I would not recommend this company. They did not deliver the services satisfactorily and did not keep the agreements we had made. When complaining, they were unhelpful and not solution-oriented, and they blamed reasons for which they were actually responsible themselves.

I speak as a buyer of a home where this company was responsible for the moving house cleaning, and I recommend not using it. On the surface it looked fine, but it soon became clear that there was a lot that had not been cleaned. After a complaint, the cleaner came and cleaned, among other things, under the bathtub, the top of the shower head and under the cabinets in the laundry room. But the cleaner did not bring a stepladder, and the top shelves in the cabinets and on top of the cabinets had not been cleaned (which was part of what I complained about). They were therefore supposed to come back with a stepladder to clean. When I heard nothing more, I contacted them (several times) and finally received an SMS stating that in the offer to the seller they had made a reservation that surfaces above 180 cm in height would not be cleaned. In order for it to be called moving house cleaning, of course the top shelves in the cabinets and the top must be washed. Attached are pictures showing the top of the kitchen cabinets, the drain in the shower before washing (I complained about it when they were here, without it being washed) and after I washed it myself, a valve and a window sill with dust and fly swatters (which is indeed higher than 180 cm). I have checked extra carefully, most door frames have been washed on top, but not all. Most ceilings have probably been dry-mopped, but there was still a lot of dust to pick up in some rooms. Found plastic packaging in the drawer in the bathroom ...

Does not keep appointments, shows up many hours late, lousy cleaning and difficult to communicate with both digitally and physically. Avoid this company by all means. Ordered a moving cleaning from "Riktig Renhold" a month before moving out of the apartment, arranged cleaning the day before takeover and showed up at 10:00 for cleaning for the rest of the day. No cleaners arrive at the agreed time. Throughout the day we arrange several times, but no one shows up. The company is difficult to get hold of both by message and phone. Finally, a cleaner arrives at 15:40, after we have wasted much of the day waiting for them. They did not bring the necessary equipment, which was clearly clarified in the agreement (e.g. ladder due to ceiling height). The cleaner did not speak Norwegian, and only a few words of English. This made it very difficult to explain the situation and the apartment. The apartment was lightly vacuumed beforehand, and not particularly dirty (something the landlord can bequeath for). After the cleaning, there were still many agreed areas that were not cleaned or ready for takeover, such as the drain in the bathroom, all the moldings and switches. Parts of the floor, windows and kitchen were the only things we could see that were cleaned. We had to spend several hours on the takeover date to do the cleaning ourselves, which the company claimed they would give a discount for. Of course, they would not give us this in writing, because as soon as the invoice arrived, there were other excuses on the line. I repeat; avoid at all costs. This company does not act professionally and does not respect you, the apartment or your time. Attached are photos taken in the apartment after they claimed to be finished.
