Lots of buzz and back and forth about the time for installation. It turned out that the pump I had ordered could not be installed where originally specified so it had to be installed in a completely different place. When the pump stopped working after a few months I was told that it would take many weeks before they had time to even look at the pump. So I switched to another company.
I have had heat pump service for several years with these and now bought a new Panasonic heat pump (air-air). It is very nice to have an inspection where they can give good suggestions on the placement of both the indoor and outdoor units. I would recommend both the service, purchase and installation of ACsenteret.
Had the heat pump installed in September 2025. New Fujitsu model replaced an almost identical one about 15 years old. Chose a variant with a lot more capacity. Physically almost identical. Now it has been buzzing and running here for over three months and delivers heat as it should. The solution seems well-proven and solid. Moderate noise level. Since I was looking for the same brand and a supplier in a reasonable vicinity, the choice fell quite naturally. Neat processing during the purchase phase and a quick and handy installer. Highly recommended.
I would steer clear of this company.. Incredibly poor follow-up and customer service.. Filed a warranty claim on a Daikin heat pump on January 6th. Many days before we got a response. 8 days ago we were told that parts had finally been ordered. Now they have not yet been able to give us an estimate of when parts or help will arrive. They promise to check but do not provide any follow-up.. Hopeless..
