Bjørn is a fantastic guy! Shows good competence and insight into the products he sells. Unlike some other companies, Bjørn is with you "all the way", it seems like most others have an installer who is hired. I have nothing to complain about, good follow-up both before and after purchase. Will only buy heat pumps from Bjørn in the future!

Bjørn A. arranged for an inspection prior to the purchase to be sure that the heat pump we had decided on, and its location, was the best option. Bjørn arrived punctually for the inspection, gave good advice and assessments, showed flexibility and was solution-oriented regarding the location of the outdoor unit (under the terrace). Then came delivery and installation at the agreed time, good guidance regarding startup and settings, worked efficiently and neatly - and the follow-up afterwards has been absolutely fantastic. I bought a heat pump through another supplier, but had problems with it after a very short time.
