They came up with a solution that we hadn't thought of and which we are now very happy with when the kitchen is finished. Everything has really gone smoothly. Overall the experience was a 6. Very pleasant and professional staff who listened to our unclear needs😊. Came quickly for a home visit. Several good suggestions were drawn up, all of which fit in with other fixtures and lighting conditions. The entire process from when we entered the store to the finished kitchen has gone flawlessly. Close and regular follow-up from Svane along the way. Delivery and installation without a single error. The kitchen was finished 2 weeks earlier than estimated. Zero stars from me, rude and impudent, does not deliver as agreed, products delivered are worse than agreed. Long delivery time and not according to agreement. Does not take responsibility for damage they cause to the home. Poor and lack of follow-up and communication. Recommend not buying a kitchen from Svane!
