We experienced problems with our Yale doorman. Certego sent a nice locksmith named Morten who came quickly, discovered and fixed the problem immediately. In addition to this, he fixed a gap we had in the door. Everything was done without any problems and everything worked perfectly afterwards. Very good experience with the service, we will use Certego next time if there is anything.
Very good service, polite staff and helpful. I spent a whole working day finding a door lock for my 70s door and finally one of the employees from a large company (I won't mention who it is) recommended Certego. The guys from Certego got the whole problem fixed in 1-2-3. The entire lock system and even the door knob/handle were in place so I could buy them and install them without much difficulty. They were helpful in explaining how I was going to do the whole thing. A bit expensive but worth every penny! Run and buy, since they have the most door locks and miscellaneous!
