As soon as the purchase of the house is made, it is completely impossible to get hold of the broker. He does not answer important questions related to the house, ignores all phone calls, text messages and emails but sends what he has to send of documents when it suits him. Without answering what I have written and asked about repeatedly. Stay away from NBBO!

Stay away from this really poor real estate agency. Very poor performance by the agent after the contract was in hand. In addition, their contracts are confusing and I was hence the above unfortunately one of the suckers that was tricked to sign an agreement on an online signature platform. They charge almost the same for selling and not selling. No incentive which is ridiculous.
