Experienced a blocked drain, and accidentally contacted VAT. It turned out that the pipe was damaged. We received very good help in the form of information and advice from the person who came, and a report with pictures and video that we could send to the insurance company. This meant that there was no problem getting the damage covered by the insurance company. Can be highly recommended to others in the same predicament.
