STAND AWAY! Had an appointment on Tuesday, but no one showed up. When I called to find out what had happened, I was told that the broker thought the appointment was on Wednesday. From there, the mess continued: poor communication, lack of follow-up and a complete lack of control. As the icing on the cake, we received a debt collection notice for an invoice that had been paid over a year ago, while the promised valuation was never delivered. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Not recommended!
