Very happy with Tajinder Sharma as a broker. Highly recommended

STAND AWAY! Had an appointment on Tuesday, but no one showed up. When I called to find out what had happened, I was told that the broker thought the appointment was on Wednesday. From there, the mess continued: poor communication, lack of follow-up and a complete lack of control. As the icing on the cake, we received a debt collection notice for an invoice that had been paid over a year ago, while the promised valuation was never delivered. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Not recommended!

A lot of buzz around contract meetings and 0 help and support when you are not satisfied with the takeover and cleanup afterwards. We as buyers were left with the feeling that the broker and seller were ganging up on us as buyers. Stay away

The broker Tajinder Sharma has been very present throughout the entire sales process of the detached house/Nedrejordet Drammen and followed us closely from start to finish. He made good and realistic suggestions along the way and managed to keep both us and the interested parties engaged throughout. Despite limited marketing, he succeeded in selling the property at the asking price, which we are very pleased with. The broker is pleasant, professional and easy to get hold of, both on weekdays and weekends. We experienced good follow-up and security throughout the entire process, and can definitely recommend him.
