Real Estate Dahl AS

The broker appears to use the same appraiser for many of their sales. Based on our experience, important information was not adequately disclosed or communicated, which led to significant problems for us as buyers. I would therefore encourage potential buyers to do their own thorough research and not rely solely on the information provided in the sales document. We also experienced that information in the advertisement for the property later turned out to be inaccurate or misleading. When we raised our concerns, we received very little follow-up or communication from the brokerage firm, which made us feel poorly looked after throughout the process. Based on our experience, I would be cautious about recommending this brokerage firm, both to buyers and sellers. As a seller, you depend on the information provided about the property to be accurate and that the process is handled professionally, while buyers need to be able to trust that important information will be provided. Based on our experience, there are many better alternatives.

Ok but they usually take the most expensive houses and apartments. But you get insurance on housing etc via HELP for the first 5 years

👍🏻

I have on several occasions sold and bought a home through Dahl who are very reliable so you feel secure throughout the entire process. I have now bought and sold a home in Union in Drammen. I have collaborated with broker Fredrik Simensen who is very nice and skilled so I felt safe which is important for a good purchase/sale. We had good contact the whole time. I would like to recommend Eiendomsmegler Dahl and especially Fredrik.

Absolutely recommendable! Great service-minded employees 🙂 got the property sold in no time 😉
