Incredibly unprofessional moving company. We contacted them to move between two houses. At first it was quite difficult to get in touch/book an appointment via their contact form and email, with no response, but when I contacted them by phone I finally got an appointment, which we then confirmed in writing. On the day of the move, no one showed up, and after half an hour I called to check in. They then informed me that they would be there at 12 noon, three hours after the agreed time, but that I shouldn't worry, because they were only working until the evening. I tried to say that I have children in kindergarten and needed to finish the move before picking up the children, but it didn't help, no one could show up before 12 noon. They weren't there at 12 either, but were still half an hour late... They were also quite careless, so we asked them to just put some of the larger furniture in the garage so that we could carry it in ourselves later. We have recently renovated our house and didn't want to risk damage to the walls and moldings. When the job was done, a completely different guy suddenly came in and was supposed to pay. Unfortunately, his bank terminal was "out of service" that day (I don't buy it), but we paid by bank transfer and asked to be sent a receipt. I (unsurprisingly) never received that. Not recommended.

Fantastic moving experience from start to finish! I can't praise this moving company enough! From the first contact, the communication was professional, fast and accommodating. They arrived on time on the moving day, with a smile and impressive efficiency. Everything was packed and handled with extreme care, not a single scratch or damage to furniture or belongings. The team was pleasant, helpful and solution-oriented, even when we encountered some unexpected challenges with parking and narrow stairs. They took it easy and found smart solutions without hesitation. The price was also completely fair, and worth every penny for the peace of mind and service we received. I have used moving companies before, but this was on a completely different level. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a stress-free and professional moving process!

Steer clear. This is an amateur's playground. Nice movers, but very untidy in terms of agreements and regulations. They called a couple of hours before the appointment and apologized that they couldn't come as agreed due to illness. Reluctantly, I made a new appointment later in the afternoon. Ten minutes before the new appointment, they called again and said that they would come as agreed in 40 minutes. No, that's not true, I said. You should be here in 10 minutes. The result was that they arrived 45 minutes late - and then with a car that was far too small. I pointed it out immediately, but after an inspection of the warehouse where everything was, they said they would go. Unsure and somewhat reluctantly, I let them continue. After about 1.5 hours of increasingly intricate packing in an attempt to get everything in place, I asked again "are you sure this will work"? Then they realized that they had to make two trips. This of course takes longer, and when we finally finished late in the evening, they called after 15 minutes and wanted payment. Now straight away. No, I want a receipt so I know what I'm paying for. Very reluctantly and under pressure to pay, I send money to an account I don't know who owns. And I was promised a receipt/receipt by email. That never happened. So steer clear of this company. Not recommended

These guys provide the professional moving service. The price is more competitive than other companies. They also do the work very efficientalso During the transportation, they use tool to protect glass, TV and my PC. I would like choose them again when i move next time. Highly recommended!
