Gave a positive response to a request for an assignment via phone on 2/7 with we will look into this. Then leave the email/job and then send a sorry we don't have capacity a month later. This is unfortunately too bad, and saying sorry if this has caused inconvenience is insufficient, a professional company cleans up when they mess up.
