Having taken over a property a few years ago, this is the second time we've asked Ekorn to help us and there's no need to look elsewhere in the future. The quality of their knowledge and craft, as well as their clear love and consideration of the natural world, feels like a gift to us and our property - and they're all so friendly too! Tremendous people, wholeheartedly recommended.
Yet again, excellent pruning carried out on our large, ageing but much appreciated apple tree. Douglas' team coaxed it into producing lots of fruit last time, and since we look out of our living room window onto the crown of the tree, we can enjoy the foliage and all the birds (and squirrel) that frequent it through the year. Very pleased with Ekorn! Douglas was my main contact and did some really thorough research on my behalf. Called the city office and got the official and legal answers we needed to go ahead. Friendly and professional is a great combination. The tree in question was a super tall and skinny spruce, which they section cut and left in a nice pile without making a mess. Not sure how much time they needed, but it was done swift and efficient within a few hours! I recommended Ekorn to my neighbor who was very impressed too and who is gonna call them I think. I totally recommend these human squirrels!
