5 windows and a patio door were replaced. The job was done very professionally, efficiently and quickly. Nothing to complain about the result. In addition, protective plastic was laid on the floor for the job, and they cleaned up well and took away the waste after them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
STAND AWAY! Long delivery time for 1st delivery. When 1st delivery came, the glass was the wrong size due to incorrect measurements from the glazier. Further waiting for 2nd delivery. When 2nd delivery finally arrived, damage occurred right after installation. Further waiting for 3rd delivery. Now after about a year, we discover that the glass plate has caused damage to the socket as the socket is used to support the glass plate. Glazier who previously explains away and does not take responsibility. Got many offers and one offer that was lower, but went for this glazier because he promised that he would deliver quality. After 5 visits from the glazier with 3 different glasses and a long process of explanations, I will definitely stay away from Altiglass, Drammen Glassmester.
Very poorly done carpentry work on the moldings. They weren't very accommodating when we complained either.
I do not recommend! They made an offer with us and they were supposed to deliver the order within 3 weeks but I never received it! When you write a bad review they usually remove it from the website. 100% NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
