disappointing experience in connection with the purchase of a sliding door from you. When I received the sliding door cassette, the mounting bag with screws and accessories for installation was missing. I called you already on Monday and was told that you would send the parts. After several follow-up messages on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, I was finally told that the parts would be sent first - so several days after the first inquiry. I still have not received the hardware bag.
