Ordered service which was confirmed. A week later they contact me to tell me that Høyenhall in Oslo is outside their service area and refer me to a new place where I can order service. Thank God for some frivolous moth.
I received an error message with a Bosch dishwasher purchased at Elkjøp, the machine has passed the warranty period and I investigated who repairs Bosch appliances in the area. Found this company through Bosch's website. Called customer service and spoke to a nice customer service representative who created a service order where I explained the problem and got a service appointment about 3 weeks later. Somewhat long waiting time but you can't do anything about that. Read customer reviews here on Google in the meantime and became a little skeptical about how this was going to go because of a lot of bad reviews. Got a reminder of the appointment both by email and text message 1-2 days before which is good. Met a super nice service technician who found the fault quickly and had the necessary parts in the car. The machine was dismantled and the necessary parts were replaced, also got a thorough explanation of the different parts. In about 2 hours the dishwasher was repaired and for a more reasonable amount than buying a new similar machine. Very satisfied with the service from the technician who showed up for the assignment. Roll of the dice 6!
The man who came to fix our dryer this morning was very friendly and very professional. He communicated the problem extremely well - and did so in English so I could understand completely. Excellent service! :-) thank you.
