1750 for 5 minutes of service. It was simple repair, just inform the customer that the pump impeller might be blocked. You confirm that it is a warranty repair and at the end you demand an absurd amount for a repair that a child can do….
Great service. Friendly and polite technician - arranged a date for repair, and then e-service took time to call me and say they could come a day earlier if that was convenient. The repair technician was here for 15 minutes, machine was fixed, covered by garauntee. Will definitely use them again.
Was referred from IKEA to order parts. Was told that to order parts you need to call from 2-3 pm ( wat???) Okay, no one picked up during that time. I was on a line for 20+ minutes. Ended up buying everything from Electrolux website. I hope there is a way to remove this company from an approved supplier for IKEA since it's just a waste of everyone time based on current reviews.
Extremely poor service. They promised to call me back several times and then just disappeared. They "booked" time for service and just didn't come (no message/call or email). The worst service i ever met.
