You'll be hard pressed to find a more helpful guy. Not only did he give me advice on what to try so I could fix it myself. When he realized that service was needed that he couldn't do, he gave me advice on who could fix it. Problem solved
Washing machine won't drain. I'm a handy guy. Called the first company that came up. Answered the phone quickly and answered all questions professionally, gave his opinion on what it could be and good tips on what I could do. Nice and knowledgeable guy.
Made an appointment. The guy never showed up. Called me the day after and said he maybe could come another day... Ridiculously bad service and rude appearance. No thank you.
