I do not recommend Servicecompsniet AS, stay away from it, bad service, rude employees, stay away.
Extremely bad service. Got mold on, say, all the shelves in the wine cabinet from witt. Here you are told that there is a user error. The following is the answer: Mold is caused by moist bottles with bacteria being placed inside the cabinet. The solution is to dismantle the shelves, clean them in a bactericidal agent (in Denmark, for example, the brand Rodalon (don't know if it is funded in Norway). This started from day 1. If this is stated as a service location for the product, steer clear of the product.
I bought a replacement gearbox for my kitchen machine from these guys at a very good price, and it was delivered very quickly.

I have sent my Delonghi koffeemaskin to service. Koffeemaskin was in perfect condition (2months) without any scratches and totally clean. Today I have recived my maskin from the service... Totally dirty with coffee everywhere and visible scratches. How it is possible that you can send something like that to the customer?? With coffee and water in the tank. This maskin is look like garbage now. Pictures says everything...
