Paid 600 NOK to have a door delivered to my home. Didn't hear anything for over two weeks, before I had to remind myself and ask for a delivery time. Then I was told that there had been an internal error. We agreed that the door would be delivered on Monday, and that they would let me know the time the same day. It never happened. I was called once at 12:18 from a private number, registered to a private person. No message, no follow-up. I thought it was a telemarketer - and heard nothing more. The next day I get an email: "Attempted delivery - must be picked up at the warehouse". 600 NOK for a home delivery that was not delivered, and a total lack of communication. Expect much better follow-up when you pay for a service. Very disappointing
I recommend it as a door supplier.
Very bad treatment of employees and the boss : I have never seen such bad treatment in my life, and the response to long emails and invoices takes a long time. The treatment is not good, the respect is not good, and all the workers know nothing when managing their work, and their answers are illogical. I do not recommend
