This was generally unprofessional work and customer service, with many costs that were not disclosed in advance. I recommend steering clear of them as there are many other skilled operators. Oslo Elektriske was supposed to carry out a job for us with connecting lighting to a mirror cabinet in the bathroom. First of all, the electrician showed up 4.5 hours after the agreed time, which I think is excessively late. When the job was completed (in less than an hour), I had to spend a lot of time cleaning up and sealing with silicone around cracked drill holes in the cabinet interior. It didn't look good when the job was completed and it still doesn't look optimal, but he claimed that foiled panels always crack like that. Nothing was said about it in advance, and then I would have preferred it to be solved in another way. It was also not stated that driving time is included in the hourly rate, which I have never experienced before (in addition to the cost of attendance). I was therefore billed 1.5 hours for the work + 0.25 hours for the case manager (something I have not experienced with other electrician companies). In addition, there was an amount of 281kr for a final check on the invoice, which the electrician sat in the apartment and took his time to fill out before he left.
Oslo Elektriske delivers. They are punctual, professionally skilled, solution-oriented, and the work was carried out efficiently and neatly. Communication along the way was good, and they were service-minded from start to finish. Recommended

Oppdatering av nesten hele det elektriske anlegget: bytting av kurser, montering av stikkontakter, lamper på tak og vegg, ledninger trukket i eksponerte stålrør som lister, spesiallaget løsning for stikk og lys under hylle over kjøkken m.m. Løsningsorienterte, kreative, profesjonelle, ryddige og veldig pålitelige! Anbefaler gladelig videre og ser frem til fremtidig samarbeid.
