BUMA AS: Painting & Carpentry

We used BUMA on a project in the condominium to renovate the stairs. All interior surfaces - ceilings, walls and staircases needed to be painted. The entire project was very well and professionally executed. After the inspection, we received a comprehensive and good offer document that made it easy for further board processing. The work was carried out completely according to plan, time and price, and the result was very good. We will definitely request offers from BUMA on other relevant jobs at a later date.

During the summer of 2025, Buma AS carried out an extensive painting project in our condominium, Nesset Fjordterrasse BS. The condominium consists of four very different buildings, located in challenging terrain, with a total of 29 residential units. All buildings required scaffolding to be able to carry out the work in a safe and efficient manner. The work included thorough washing and painting of all exterior panels and windows, as well as replacing rotten or damaged boards and moldings. From the tender phase, through planning and to completion, the project has proceeded without any problems. Buma AS has delivered high-quality work, with great professionalism, and we are very satisfied with the result. Invoicing and payment were carried out in accordance with the contract, divided into four agreed parts. We would particularly like to highlight the good communication along the way, as well as their ability to be flexible and accommodate our wishes. Buma AS clearly shows that they take both safety and environmental considerations seriously. We can safely and warmly recommend Buma AS to other condominiums and property projects.

We are very satisfied with the painting work (outdoors) on our house in August 2025. Painting our house is an extensive painting job and requires extensive use of scaffolding. The rigging of the scaffolding was exemplary and the house was safely rigged for all painters. The painting work was carried out thoroughly and efficiently. All agreements were kept and the painters went to great lengths to take advantage of good weather days so that the work could be completed in the shortest possible time. We are very satisfied with the work BUMA AS did for the housing association regarding the renovation of our hallways. Walls, doors and stairs were painted, and new flooring was laid in the stairs and hallways.
