If you want a superb coach, with an utterly cool and at the same time professional attitude and method, definitely this is the right place for you. Oskar is fantastic and cares about your needs and trains you in a way that suits your health, body and goals best. Couldn’t get any better.

A gym for working out. Machines and free weights and bars line the walls and floor. You go here to train and grow stronger, not to show off and I love it

This is not a commercial gym and that's precisely what makes it so great. High quality equipment and great atmosphere, it offers a space for everyone: strenght athletes (they have calibrated plates!), bodybuilders, elderly people... The best gym you can find in Oslo!

Haven't worked out there yet, but it is a proper gym run by a retired bodybuilder and the gym itself has every piece of equipment one might need.
