Admittedly, I did not have the best experience with their times. But when I complained, they offered me a compensation, which I thought was very professional and sound.
Ordered full house cleaning for my sold apartment. New buyer was not happy. On top of not being cleaned properly there was water all over the floor with potential water damage. One glass front for a lamp was gone from the apartment, probably broken and thrown away by CityMaid cleaners. They have a satisfaction guarantee but waiting for a second cleaning would postpone the apartment sale and I don't want to risk any more damages to the apartment at that point. Customer service has not been responsive.
