I have had a very good experience with Expert Partner AS. I ordered and installed a new heat pump the same day! The old pump was neatly dismantled without any damage to the new wall. There was a need for some adjustments that required some carpentry work behind the old pump and the installer took care of it without delay the same day. The installer was both pleasant, punctual and very service-oriented. Highly recommend this company!

I would like to report a very concerning incident that occurred on Sunday, March 24, 2024, where one of your employees drove the vehicle with registration number SX10553 towards Oslo in an extremely negligent manner. It is deeply disturbing that your driver not only displayed a dangerous lack of following distance, with only 3 meters behind each car at a speed of over 90 km/h, but also behaved as if public roads were a racetrack, with frequent and risky lane changes to overtake cars on both the right and left, and attempts to squeeze into minimal available spaces. It is inexcusable that a person with such driving behavior is employed by your company. Such actions not only put other road users at serious risk, but also undermine the trust in your company and its employees. I strongly recommend that this employee undergo training and behavioral changes, or that appropriate measures be taken to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. I expect you to take this report seriously and conduct a thorough internal investigation into the incident. As a potential customer, I have lost confidence in your company and its ability to ensure the safety of both employees and the public. It is essential that companies like yours take responsibility for the actions of their employees and take all necessary steps to maintain the safety and integrity of the community.
