Incredibly satisfied!

We have used Trifolia landscape architects in planning our outdoor area which is in dire need of an upgrade. We ordered a garden plan with drawings of the garden, full planting plan and 3D illustrations. We found them to be very responsive to our needs and wishes. They deliver a great end product with 3D visualization that helps us see what the end result could be. Recommended!

Maybe they are good at large projects, but I have rarely experienced worse service for private consumers. After an initial meeting, I had to ask for feedback on the status myself. After four months, they contacted me without saying anything, and said they would be finished soon. I then informed them that I was not interested in working with them because they did not follow their own plan (they were supposed to get back to us after a couple of weeks) or had no desire to follow up with us. Then they tried to invoice us despite the fact that there was no agreement or that they had completed according to their own plan. When I contacted them, they chose to respond with "we do not need your type of projects, because we have more than enough to do but we are sorry that it has taken a while." At this point, we said that we did not want to pay for a service we had not received, which we agreed to. The company then made us an offer to buy the drawings that had been made for the amount that we had been invoiced. Something we initially declined, but sent an email a week later and wondered if it was still possible. Then we get a phone call after a few days where we are explained that they were not aware that they had given such a large discount and would not give us the offer they had initially proposed. We were prepared to spend a hundred thousand on both the drawings and the outdoor area, so were never looking for any free work, but accepted an offer that the company itself proposed when they admitted that it had been a routine failure and had taken an unusually long time. If you don't have/had time, and don't need/want a smaller project, then why take on the assignment and waste the customer's time with a meeting and at the same time fail to provide follow-up. I am the first to understand that you have a lot to do, but then I also think that you can say. "We don't have the capacity to do this right now". You, like many other industries, suffer from terribly poor service, which with a phone call or a simple email with "sorry it took time, but we hope to have it ready by X" would have ensured that the customer is taken care of. If it were possible to give minus stars or no stars, that would have been the choice. If you are going to use them in private, you have to put up with one-way communication, poor follow-up, and not least, set aside gooood time. Good luck in the future, take feedback to heart and don't try to say that it is the customer's fault.

Incredibly talented Landscape Architects who are very knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommended. Architects greatly appreciate the implementation process and price optimization for the end result.
