I don’t know how these people even have 5 stars but looks like they are all fake just like the non-existent service advertised on their website. I called them around 23:15 pm to somehow open the locks to my apartment as my key kept getting stuck halfway and the key broke in the end because of the pressure. I clearly mentioned that it is an emergency and as they have advertised on their website that someone will be there in less than 30 minutes in case of an emergency. Spoke to this one gentleman on the phone and he assured me it will be fixed without any worries and they are sending someone who would be here by 25 minutes. So as time goes by i’m standing out in the cold, there is absolutely no sign of any of these so called locksmiths. I wait 50 minutes until i text them and ask what’s taking so much time and the so called over priced master locksmith texts me that they have dispatched a person who would be here in 10 minutes. So now the time is 05:20 am and i’m still stuck outside my apartment, i have sent so many texts and called several times to inquire about the service which was promised to me but to my surprise they didn’t even bother picking up my call or text me back after that. I think making a website and displaying all your services in such a neat way is a really weird thing to do. These people are non-existent, there is no such company called låsesmed 24/7, it’s the weirdest thing i have ever come across, to waste others time like that is utterly disgusting. So keep away from these so called magicians as they love labeling themselves. Can’t even say that they have the worst service because there is no service, they provide absolutely nothing! Other than disappointments. So be careful, don’t rely on these people instead just accept your fate and sleep on the streets with less frustration.
